Aimed at home owners aged 55+, Equity Release enables you to release some of the wealth tied up in your property. You have the option to retain ownership of your property or sell a portion of it, in exchange for a tax-free lump sum. In accordance with your circumstances and needs, you may also be able to release small portions of funds over time.

As part of our service, we want to ensure you and your loved ones are fully protected if a difficult situation arises. Our Lifetime Insurance Policy is complimentary and offered to all of our clients, regardless of the type of transaction we arrange for them.
For arranging Equity Release, we charge £900, payable on completion. For arranging mortgages and various forms of commercial finance, we charge up to 1% of the loan amount, payable on acceptance of offer, we also charge an application fee which is not refundable. We do not charge any fees for arranging insurance and protection policies. Your fees will be confirmed by your advisor before the transaction starts.
