For arranging Equity Release, we charge £900, payable on completion. For arranging mortgages and various forms of commercial finance, we charge up to 2% of the loan amount, payable on acceptance of offer, we also charge an application fee which is not refundable. We do not charge any fees for arranging insurance and protection policies. Your fees will be confirmed by your advisor before the transaction starts.
